One of Ghana's R&B and afro-fusion singers, Jacqueline Acheampong who is known by her stage name as Gyakie says she dresses in a way that makes her feel at ease and does not expose her body as many people think.
While speaking with a Ghanaweb reporter at Black Sherif's Mozama Disco concert, the 'Forever hit maker explains that;
"I just wear what makes me comfortable."
"I don’t want to dress in ways that will make me feel the tension and other negative things.”
"So whether it looks nice or not, I wear whatever makes me feel comfortable."
Showing gratitude to her fans who attended her birthday party held at the La Palm Royal Beach she said;
"That has to be the finest birthday present I’ve ever received; I was overjoyed.”
“To celebrate with my fans, hear them sing along to my songs, and see all these major performers walk the stage.”
