For many years, Accra is known to be the hub for festive events during December.
According to Sarkodie, hosting rights during festive seasons should also be shared with other regions in other for their natives to have a feel of what most programs in Accra feel like.
In an interview with SayIt TV, Sarkodie said;
"I think already we are doing enough and I think there could be more and we should spread the love across Ghana."
"It is Ghana, not Accra, so we need to be thinking Kumasi, Tamale, all this place, we need to drag the diasporas to go see what Ghana is really about, but it is a great time and I think the government should really hold this and find ways to maintain this for a very long time."
‘‘I think with Ghana we normally get things organically but we need to strategically find a way to keep it because we can’t just leave it like that, it is a beautiful time, it is a magic moment, everybody is coming to my country."
"I am super proud but I think we need to find innovative ways to keep this momentum going and have a lot of activities happening.”
