Ghanaian singer Camidoh says out of excitement most artists forget their lyrics while performing on stage.
Speaking on TV3’s Showbiz 360, Camidoh revealed he has experienced such embarrassing moments on stage. He explained that, this happened to him because he was interacting with the audience while performing on stage.
“It occurs. You know, sometimes the adrenaline of being on stage and interacting with the people causes you to forget parts of the songs, but not all of them.”
In order to avoid that the singer explained why it is necessary to rehearse before mounting the stage.
“That’s why we have rehearsals because occasionally you can forget parts of the songs.”
“I might not forget them all, but only a few.”
