Ghanaian female singer, MzVee has disclosed she is unable to have a view of audience when performing on stage.
According to MzVee, she has been short sighted since birth but started wearing medicated glasses when her teachers reported her sight issues to her parents.
Giving more emphasis on her shortsightedness, MzVee said she always has to strain her eyes when performing on stage in order to have a glimpse of her audience.
“Unless I look and gaze, which I don’t really do, I don’t see when I am performing.”
Despite her shortsightedness, MzVee says she has indirectly benefited from it because been unable to see her audience makes her less anxious when performing on stage.
“Because I can’t not see anyone when I am on stage, I become less anxious about the audience and focus on my song and performance.”
