Ghanaian actress and owner of a Shawarma Restaurant Beverly Afaglo, has joined the list of entrepreneurs who have publicly tagged Ghanaian youth lazy.
In a recent interview with popular Ghanaian blogger, Zionfelix, the actress insisted most of her employees are lazy, have bad work ethics and constantly asking for increment in salary.
“It’s not easy running a business in Ghana, people will sabotage you, and getting workers is a difficult thing to do. People are always crying on social media about employment. There are all lies because they don’t need any job. They are just lazy.”
“The youths are lazy because they think that once you are born, you start walking. It is a process but without any experience, they expect so much.”
“We consider everything including transportation but people after experiencing the pressure at work are in a haste to quit after two weeks.”
Social media users as usual have criticized the actress for making such statement about Ghanaian youth.
