Not all artists can manage record labels - Peter Okoye of P-Sqaure

Member of P-Square group, Peter Okoye a.k.a Mr. P says he is among artists who do not have the capabilities of running a record label.

Giving his reasons, he explained that he is a very busy person and wouldn’t have the time to manage a record label like the way people expect musicians do.

His statement came up after a Twitter user quizzed him why has refused to run a standard record label like the way his colleagues are helping upcoming artists.

“I am sorry to disappoint you! It is not every artiste that must run a record label. Some of us are just too busy doing other things. Most especially People Like me. So slow down with your anger. Thanks.”

Mr. P launched a record label called P-Classic in 2016 after parted ways with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, a.k.a Rudeboy. Unfortunately his record label could not stand the storm even though he signed up some artists to keep his record label running.
