One of Nigeria’s superstar, David Adeleke, who is known in showbiz as Davido says his fans and some music lovers find difficult accept his music albums.
The singer says over the years, people find it very difficult accept his music albums and he is surprised music lovers have accepted his ‘Timeless’ album after 12 years in his music career.
In interview with Afrobeats Podcast host, Adesope Olajide, Davido said;
“I’m happy that people accepted ‘Timeless’. They have always doubted my albums and it’s a different feeling for me because people have never accepted my album and they accepted this one. This is a fresh feeling for me; after my 12 years of killing sh*t!”
“I haven’t felt this much love before. It’s crazy bro.”
Davido’s 17 track album has broken the record to become the first African album to reach Number 1 spot on the US iTunes chart.
On Audiomack, became the most streamed album on the first day of its release and took the number 2 spot on US Apple Music as the highest charting album.
