Popular Ghanaian dancer, Incredible Zigi, says no serious musician will solely depend on DJs to promote their music.
According to Zigi, open-minded musicians invest in other ways of promoting their music.
“If you are an artist and you rely on DJs alone to make your songs go viral then maybe you’re not serious with your promo.” He said on Property FM.
Giving artists a fair idea of what he is talking about he said;
“Now there’s TikTok and other social media platforms which you can use by giving the song to an influencer to make it a trend."
“I have over 600K following on TikTok alone so these are platforms that we can use to promote songs whilst the DJs also promote the song.” He added.
