Ghana's two-time Grammy-nominated reggae artist, Rocky Dawuni has been billed to headline the Music Haven 2023 Festival, which will be held in Schenectady, New York from July 8-14.
Rocky Dawuni who is the only Ghanaian artist billed for the music festival will have other artists from Andalusia, Texas, Ireland, Louisiana, South Asia, Gambia, Georgia, and England share one stage.
A Producing Artistic Director, Mona Golub, disclosed;
“This summer, our musical journeys will cross seven distinct bodies of water.”
“We’ll gather to hear spectacular global artists who have not played these parts before, welcome back some old friends who have dazzled the world since they last graced our stage, and showcase, as special guests, some of the finest talents our region has to offer.”
Rocky Dawuni is known for producing a blend of reggae, highlife, Afrobeat, and soul music.
