In an interview with Multimedia's Joy Entertainment, Michy narrated how she became a sought-after brand influencer.
“I attended Wisconsin University and did marketing. I am using that. I am an influencer. I don’t want to brag but I am one of the highest-paid influencers on Instagram. I am not the bragging type and you will never know. But influencing is where I am applying the marketing.” She said.
On the 3FM's Drivetime with Giovanni Caleb and AJ Sarpong, Michy gave an idea of the amount she earns as one of the highest-paid brand influencers, and what she does to keep brands contacting her for deals.
"When you see someone making a good living off social media, it’s true. You must choose what you want to do." She said.
"I earn 250,000 cedis as a brand influencer." She disclosed.
“If you come to my page, apart from the music that we are promoting, there is nothing on there apart from adverts. My page is for business. I don’t even wish for birthdays. I’ll do it on my Snapchat because this is my office so I want to keep it organized.” She added.
